What we collect and why
When you enquire, subscribe to updates or reserve a first-run position, DairyTech Solutions Ltd collects the details you enter. These may include your name, email, phone number, farm or organisation details and message. We use them to respond, send the updates you requested or manage your reservation and payment. If you do not provide the required details, we may not be able to do that. Other fields are optional.
Website analytics collect information about visits, such as pages viewed, device details and how visitors reached the site. If you choose the optional same-browser return checkbox on an enquiry or subscription, a random identifier may be stored in that browser to recognise a later visit. That choice is not required to send your enquiry or subscribe.
Who receives it
Your details are used by our team and service providers that handle website forms, communications, analytics and payments for us. If you pay a deposit, the payment provider receives your card details.
Access, correction and contact
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, ask about this statement or stop receiving founder updates, email tohi@dairytech.nz.
